Ms. Stacy Guthmiller - head of school
Ms. Stacy received her bachelors degree at Seattle Pacific University. In 2020 she completed her Montessori Administrator Certificate from Whole School Leadership, an AMI affiliate. After seven years of Head of School, Ms. Stacy is delighted to be in the classroom while studying to obtain her primary certificate through the Age of Montessori. She’s a single mom to two, quirky, fun-loving boys whose summer ambitions included raising chickens!
Mrs. Jody Bosmans - head of school
Mrs. Bosmans enjoys life with her husband, Henry, and has become an avid traveler. She received her Montessori credentials in 1985. She continues to learn and grow with zeal! Mrs. Bosmans believes children are our future and guiding them during the formative years is one of the most important jobs we can do as adults.
Ms. Annie Munn - program supervisor
Ms. Munn, after years of friendship with our Cornerstone Team, formally joined the staff as Lead Teacher in 2018. In her free time, Ms. Munn mentors staff and provides workshops. In reviewing school growth, as well as long term strategic plans, it became extremely clear a Program Supervisor role would greatly benefit students and staff. Mrs. Stephanie Chappell - Elementary Director
Mrs. Chappell graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelors degree in Psychology. In 2015 she received her Lower Elementary Montessori Teaching credential (AMS) from the Houston Montessori Center. She has been teaching at Cornerstone since opening the Lower Elementary classroom in 2015. Mrs. Chappell enjoys adventures on the water or hiking with friends and family. She brings her whole self to the classroom allowing students to explore areas of interest as well as develop new skills!
